Client Feedback

Right away I was very comfortable with Laken as my lactation consultant! She gave exactly the kind of help and support I needed. I only wish I had known about this type of support when I was trying to breast-feed my daughter 20 years ago. Laken is highly knowledgeable and provided advice specific to my concerns. She cares deeply for her clients and is always available and willing to listen. I have been able to breastfeed my son successfully and I am so grateful for her help along the way! I plan to go to her with my second son when he arrives as well. I highly recommend her!!

Insight Therapy Center

Breastfeeding my first baby verses my third baby could not have been more different. It is amazing how much experience and education can change things. While breastfeeding my first, I struggled with issues many mothers face in the first few months breastfeeding.

Jaundice. Weight loss. Painful latch. Engorgement. Mastitis. Gassy baby. Excessive spit up. Tongue tie and lip tie.

These things were met by many tears and a search for resources.

Through all these challenges, I had to be my own advocate. I was researching all things breastfeeding and found information online but hands on help seemed to be just out of reach. After talking with SO many other mothers that had the same story, I saw a huge need for breastfeeding support and resources in my area. So several years later with 2 more babies, 1,000+ hours of hands on experience assisting mothers breastfeeding, and 90+ additional hours of breastfeeding education, I am ready to be that resource.
